Vispronet® has one of the world’s most modern and largest print facilities for the refinement and further processing of textiles, metal, plastic, and glass, with over 30.000 m² of production space. State-of-the-art printing equipment in various printing technologies ensure the speedy implementation of customer orders in the highest quality. Our strength lies in individual prints according to customer specifications, on a variety of materials and desired sizes for almost all products. Of course, we also deliver the appropriate hardware right away.
Digital Printing
In digital printing, flags, fabric banners, and Bowflags® as well as tents and advertising signs can be produced quickly and cost-effectively starting from just one piece. This printing process is perfectly suited for implementing multi-colored designs and color gradients even in small quantities. Special printers with up to 5 m seamless print width are available for printing large-format advertising banners on PVC or mesh. Today ordered and already ready for use tomorrow – that is possible for many products that are manufactured using digital printing.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the ideal printing process for higher quantities. Colors are transferred onto the material to be printed with a squeegee through a fine-meshed fabric. A separate printing stencil is required for each color. Print formats up to 220 x 630 cm can be realized. Printing machines can use up to 12 printing stencils. For larger quantities, screen printing is a more cost-effective printing process compared to digital printing. More than 8 million square meters of fabric can be printed annually using this printing process.

In the 6.000 m² logistics center with 7.000 pallet storage spaces, worldwide order delivery is coordinated and controlled.
