The detection and punishment of misconduct is a high priority for our company. Whistleblowers make a very important contribution to this which must be supported. In order to give them the necessary legal certainty and to rule out discrimination, Sachsen Fahnen are subject to the German Whistleblower Protection Act, which entered into force in December 2023.

Our internal whistleblower enables you to inform us of possible breaches of internal or legal requirements and to jointly contribute to the detection of such breaches. Information on submitting reports and internal reporting channels can be found here.

The reporting channel allows incidents to be reported confidentially and/or anonymously, both online and by mobile phone or written form. The encrypted data runs on an independent, external and non-company-related server to ensure anonymity. Unless personal data is provided voluntarily, it is not possible to trace the activities of reporting persons.

Since an anonymous tip does not make it possible for us to make inquiries, we kindly ask you to make your report as detailed as possible and, if available, to attach relevant documents.

Mr. Matthias Döcke only has access to received information and reports. The confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower is equally reliably protected with every reporting channel.
